Bien Air Lubricare 2

Simplified Maintenance - Fast, efficient and economical maintenance.

It automatically performs maintenance (cleaning and lubrication) of micromotor handpieces and turbines, which is essential for everyday practice.

The work of the Lubricare device is based on sprays from Bien-Air, Spraynet for cleaning and Lubrifluid for lubrication. In the standard configuration, the device handles both cleaning and lubrication, but can only be set directly for cleaning or lubricating tools.

Up to four handpieces in a short time.

Thanks to the various pre-programmed operating modes suitable for each specific handpiece, the Lubricare 2 can automatically perform maintenance on up to four handpieces in a short time. It cleans the turbine in about 20 seconds and the micromotor handpiece in 40 seconds.

Clean air system

By using a dual solenoid valve system and a separate clean air line, the system can deliver clean air without an oil mixture.

During the pre-lubrication water removal process, the system removes water from the head, which maximizes lubrication results and minimizes idle time before use.

Cost savings - up to 4-fold reduction in oil consumption

Using Lubricare 2 reduces oil consumption by up to four times compared to the manual procedure, which enables faster maintenance with excellent cost savings.

Removable front door

The front door can be removed for better access. Lubricare 2 includes a built-in oil suction mechanism that prevents aerosol diffusion during use.

Flat control panel

The control panel is flat for easier cleaning.

Full compatibility

Lubricare 2 is compatible with handpieces and cleaning or lubricating agents from other manufacturers.
